Effect: 
The magician shows a cup and a ball. A game is played where the magician places the ball in the cup, shakes it around, places the cup upside down on the table and asks the spectator, “ where is the ball? Is it in my pocket or under the cup?” The spectator will respond, “It is in the cup”. And of course, since the game is being played with a magician the ball is not under the cup but in the magician’s pocket.  This game continues back and forth with the ball never being where the spectator expects it to be, until finally, a large ball or fruit, is produced from under the cup. This effect is a lot of fun for both the magician and the spectators and I am sure it will be one of your favorite tricks.


This beautifully handcrafted cup is designed to fit in your hand perfectly. It has a large mouth, so you can produce a large final load. You provide the final load. The tennis ball is not included. It is only shown in the picture to give you and idea of the size of the cup and what size “final load” the cup will take. The cup has a slight flared opening for easier loading of the final loads.

The Star Chop Cup is made of heavy gauge aluminum. It is polished to a high gloss finish and then clear coated. Included with the cup are 2 - 1¼” red crocheted balls, carrying bag, and instructions. The cup is
92mm (3 5/8") high and has a 92mm (3 5/8") wide mouth opening. Yes the same height as width. It is available only in aluminum, at this time.
